Privacy Act Reform

Does your business have an annual turnover of greater than $3 million and:

  • use external IT providers, off-site data storage and/or cloud computing?
  • outsource business functions to local or overseas contractors?
  • send direct marketing communications to customers or clients?
  • send customer or client information overseas?

If “yes” to any of the above, then the new Privacy laws (commencing 12 March 2014) will apply to your business.  Even if the turnover is less than $3 million, you may choose or be required by your trading partners to comply.

What goes on behind those rusty red roller doors of that building over there? Or what about those clean but anonymous-looking white buildings on that industrial estate in Braeside?

Valid questions for anyone who has paused to ponder while sitting in traffic en route to work.

Four Key Points to Make Your Business Presentation Resonate With Your Audience

The business of presenting to audiences in any setting can often be a daunting task.
