Refund Policy

Online payments are subject to the following refund policy.

  1. Payment for annual membership is non-refundable.
  2. Event bookings must be cancelled in writing.  Cancellations up to and including 14 days prior to the event will result in 70% of the fee being refunded.  There will be no refunds on calcallations received lexss than 14 days prior to the event.
  3. Any refunds will be made only to the account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
  4. The above cancellation provisions also apply to table bookings, where one or more individuals cannot attend.
  5. Substitute attendees at events are accepted without penalty.  You are asked to notify the event organisers of any substitutes by email on events@melbournebusinessawards.com.au.
