Refund Policy
Online payments are subject to the following refund policy.
- Payment for annual membership is non-refundable.
- Event bookings must be cancelled in writing. Cancellations up to and including 14 days prior to the event will result in 70% of the fee being refunded. There will be no refunds on calcallations received lexss than 14 days prior to the event.
- Any refunds will be made only to the account or credit card from which the original payment was made.
- The above cancellation provisions also apply to table bookings, where one or more individuals cannot attend.
- Substitute attendees at events are accepted without penalty. You are asked to notify the event organisers of any substitutes by email on events@melbournebusinessawards.com.au.
